Admission Officer

Responsibilities:
Assists the Admission Director in the day-to-day activities of the marketing and outreach programs of the basic education unit.
Assists the Admission Director to plan, implement and assess the marketing and outreach programs for the basic education unit for her/his assigned department.
Assist the Admission Director to spear head new marketing strategies/programs for the promotion of the basic education unit.
Helps maintain the efficiency of work within the department.
Assist the Admission Director to prepare the necessary plans and budgets for the assigned departments (GS) (HS).
Maintain all files and records pertaining to the marketing/outreach program assign to him/her.
Assist the Admission Director to monitor the efficiency of the marketing/outreach program and recommends various ways means to further strengthen the program.
Coordinates with the principals, COO and other administrative support groups in the conduct of the marketing and its update.
Submits the following: Mandatory/Regular reports to the immediate superior.
Accomplishments and progress reports
Outreach statistical data and studies
Enrollment statistical data.
Coordinates with the different school official for AMACC, Basic education unit sponsored projects.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Davao City.
Must be hardworking, honest and responsible.
Can work with minimum supervision.
